To get this picture, I locked myself into a bathroom stall, opened the window and stuck my arm out.
 Havana is such an intriguing city to me. It looks as if 70% of it went up in the late 40's/early 50's and none of it has been touched since. Not a lick of paint, not one reno. In spite of this, the city is very vibrant but only because of the living things that reside there. Gorgeous, hotly coloured plants snake all over crumbling wrecks. The citizens themselves are the heart and soul of Havana. I saw so many while I was touring that I just couldn't tear my eyes from. Each one is worthy of their own painting. |

 reports, 1d 13h agoDaily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.  reports, 1d 23h agoThis newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and *Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices.
